We value our customers and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility and Timeframe: We entertain requests for replacement, return, or refund only if the request is raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. Replacement or Return Conditions: We will process requests for replacement or return under the following circumstances:
- Manufacturing defect in the supplied product.
- The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- The product supplied must not have been used or worn out.
- The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received.
- The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
3. Non-Eligibility for Return or Replacement: Customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement under the following circumstances:
- Items specified as "non-refundable" will not be returned/refunded.
4. Process of Returns and Refunds:
- At the time of making a request for a refund, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of broken or different product received).
- Only the amount equivalent to the value of the product returned shall be refunded, not the entire value of the purchase.
- Transportation cost for return shall be borne by the customer.
- The customer shall pack the product with due care. If the product received at the vendor's premises is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for a refund.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall notify the customer through email. For electronic payments, once the return is approved, we shall process the refund electronically.
- For COD payments, we shall issue store credit.
